Google’s Nexus 7 Tablet start shipping next week
Although Google put the Nexus 7 Tablet up for pre-order both in the US and the UK just hours after officially unveiling it, few of us actually hoped to get the tab before the end of the month. However, it now seems likely that we’ll see the 7-incher start shipping next week, based on a couple of hints picked up by the guys at Phandroid.

Android tablets, for the last year plus they've existed, haven't been anything to get excited over. At least that's my opinion on the matter. And even if you've wanted one (a good one), most of them have been sort of expensive. But now that Google has unveiled the first true Nexus tablet (XOOM who?), for a mere 200 of your dollars, you can get in on the computing revolution. At that price, Google isn't shooting for the premium market. It's targeting first-time tableteers, boldly going where only Amazon and various Chinese knock-offs have gone before - into the sub-$200 slate market.
Google disputes Android botnet spam claim

Google has disputed claims that many Android phones have been infected with a virus that makes them churn out spam.
On 4 July, Microsoft researcher Terry Zink claimed to have discovered evidence of Android phones being enrolled into a botnet.
“Save to Wallet” feature coming to Google Wallet
Google I/O has been jam packed full of new, and exciting Google software and technology. While the headline acts are no doubt the arrival of the Nexus 7 and Jelly Bean, there has been some pretty interesting stuff going on in the developer sessions. One such session, dedicated to Google Wallet, unveiled a new feature, called Save to Wallet. Initially for offers and payment cards, it is seen as the first step in opening up Google Wallet to a wider audience.
Google Analytics for Android now available in the Google Play Store

There is a countless number of websites out there on the internet these days and chances are if you're the owner of one who is seriously interested in maintaining it, you're looking at your traffic on a daily basis. One such service for doing so is Google Analytics and for a long time now, Google has ignored putting out an Android app for the service.That ends now though, as Google Analytics is available for download in the Google Play Store.
